In February 2015 we opened the doors to our new factory in Bridgeport CT. We had decided that we wanted to share our special breads with the world and have full quality control over the manufacturing process by creating our own 100% Gluten & Nut Free Facility.
We thought you would like to see where our delicious Buddha Bread is produced. Our dough divider can output up to 7,000 rolls per hour. With our facility we can make single batches of dough that yield 550 rolls in about 30 minutes. Its quite a site to see during production. ;-)
